Yeesh I'm shocked there aren't any comments yet on how dreamy Katrina is! She's totally dreamy, AND my new flatmate to boot! Watch out, we'll be "breakin hearts and breakin parts" all summer! Another great photo essay Ian, this time starring two of my favorite people! Yeah Bucky and Katrina- so stoked I finally got to see pictures of your adventure :) Great video Alex!!! Makes me want to put the ski gear back in storage. As for all the people complaining about what happened last spring, I'm fairly certain he has had more than enough punishment so stop beating a dead horse and go and ride your bikes. Miranda you're badass! Let's shoot some biking photos with Strand next summer. BAM! Great photos, I rode in Laax and Saas-fee in Switzerland a few years ago and it was so amazing. The only problem? Cows with big bells around their necks nomming on grass in the middle of the trail on blind corners! Great photos!
There's a big HOWEVER here, however. Did you actually ride bikes? I mean, you say you did, but I"m not seeing it. You're obviously a talented photographer- and I want to see this talent with some action shots pretty please. I live to see these photo epics and I almost burst into tears when I got to the end of the story and there was nary a shot of mountain bike porn to be seen.

I've spent time at Retallack in the winter and it is. the. best. After talking to trail builder Riley McIntosh I know that mountain biking there in the summer is going to be just as good at skiing there in the winter, if not better! Nick you are a champ and I love that you're not letting the c word get in the way of having a blast on your bike. You're in my prayers, and I'm not just saying that. I actually just prayed for you. Like right now. And I'll do it again, promise.
